Plumbing Check: Inspect kitchen, bathroom(s), sump pump(s), and water heater(s) for leaks.
Plumbing Maintenance: Run water in fixtures to prevent odors from non-usage.
Temperature Control: Ensure thermostat(s) are functioning and maintaining set temperature.
Plant Care: Water indoor plants to keep them thriving.
